Cannelloni pasta tubes filled with our home made “vegan” ricotta made from tofu, cashew nuts and nutritional yeast topped with our classic tomato and basil sugo, vegan béchamel and Brisbane’s best vegan cheese, Notzarella.  Diary cheese also available.

Diary free available.  Two sizes (sorry not available gluten free)

Small – Serve for one person – 350 grams

Medium – 193mm x 138mm x48mm (ideally 4 – 6 people)

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
Simply place the tray into the oven and cook before your family and friends arrive. Temperature and timing instructions all on packaging.

Pick up Friday 26th July 3 – 6pm, Saturday 27th July 9am – 5pm

  • Bake at 180 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes

If you choose the dairy option we will swap out the Notzarella for Italian mozzarella cheese
