The long-awaited Vegan Cheese workshop is finally here. Our two plant-based food creators, Aishling and Fi, have come up with an incredible vegan cheese class.
This workshop is hands on, just like our usual cooking classes and limited to just 12 people. We will teach you how to make a few different soft cheese balls, a meltable mozzarella, a firm parmesan cheese you can grate and a feta cheese. And what is a cheese class with a sweet! We will make the most divine lemon, blueberry cheesecake.
After the workshop we will enjoy a yummy cheese board with crackers and other nibbles. And you will all get to take cheeses home as well as al the recipes.
This will sell out fast! There is currently only one workshop scheduled. The workshop is completely gluten free.
The Menu
The workshop is 100% plant-based and gluten-free. There are nuts in most cheeses so please get in touch if you have any nut allergies before booking so we can confirm if it’s safe for you.
Please note tickets are not refundable, however if unable to attend you can transfer the tickets to a friend (a re-booking fee applies).
Whilst very rare, if we do not meet minimum ticket sales for our classes, they will be rescheduled, or an option for a refund will be provided.
Aisling is our master baker and vegan food creator! Her passion for vegan baking is extreme as are her creative skills in this space. Having run her own successful market stalls in London selling vegan baked goods, to now cooking up a storm at Wholesome Bellis and providing amazing vegan treats to Brisbane’s Northey Street Markets. She is our expert baker, pastry maker and all round divine, compassionate human. You’ll love her recipes and positive energy.
