It’s time to busts some myths! Are you confused with the mixed messaging out there? Let us help you sort through the fog of mis-information and gain some clarity, so you can thrive menopause.

We’ve partnered with the lovely, Nat Evans, a Menopause Health, Fitness & Nutrition Coach based in Brisbane to bring you this incredible workshop, cooking demonstrations and ladies’ lunch! We are so excited to bring this event to our space. Our founder, Fi, has been sitting with this idea for some time, and finally here it is.

This event if for you if you are:

  • A woman, experiencing what you think is peri-menopause symptoms and you are unsure how to get through this phase.
  • In menopause and need some guidance and help.
  • Are post-menopause and wondering what next?
  • Looking to find ways to use food, nutrition and exercise to thrive menopause.
  • Want to understand what your body’s needs to support you through the stages of menopause.

The day will begin with a seminar from Nat where she’ll take you through the many messages out that and bust some myths and give you clarity on what this is all about, and how you can thrive. She’ll also talk about dietary changes and what you can do to support our bodies and mind. We’ll open up to a live Q & A where you can ask Nat all your burning questions. 

And after the workshop Fi will do a cooking demonstration to support Nat’s advice around food so you can get some real life examples of appropriate nutrition.

And finally, we’ll sit down to a lovely ladies’, healthy plant-based lunch.

About Nat Evans

Nat Evans is a dynamic Menopause Health, Fitness & Nutrition Coach with 17 years’ experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. 

Nat works with women in all stages of menopause and is committed to helping them navigate their transitional years, armed with the most current, evidence-based information, so that they can embrace their 3rd age with confidence and a renewed lust for life.

Nat’s special interest is in Auto-immune diagnoses, having been diagnosed with poly-autoimmunity herself, in her late ‘30’s. Nat has worked tirelessly to build a progressive network of like-minded Allied Practitioners, which ensures that every woman she works with, has access to the holistic and very personalised care and support they need, on every level.

Nat’s studio is based in Bowen Hills in Brisbane from which she runs daily movement & exercise classes for women, 1-on-1 Health Coaching sessions, and her signature Hormone Reset program, which has seen over 1000 women participate in, since its inception in 2011. 

Nat is incredibly passionate about all aspects of Women’s Health and runs Immersive Health Retreats in Noosa & Ikaria, Cooking Classes in Brisbane, Noosa and Melbourne, and she is the CEO of The Menopause Summit which will launch in Brisbane in February 2025, with 2-day events running across Australia, annually.
