Lisa, aka Saucy Wench is at it again with this brand new vegan cooking class. An incredible all round human, cook and Founder and cook at Brisbane’s most delicious dumpling and Asian sauce business – The Saucy Wench.
In this class Lisa will so generously share with us all her family secrets and create the incredible National Malaysian Dish NASI LEMAK you can replicate at home. This is Lisa’s vegan version of the Malaysian national dish, Nasi Lemak. Fragrant coconut rice, spicy asparagus and onion sambal, roasted peanuts, and fresh cucumbers come together to create a flavor explosion. Plus a few other dishes such as Mushroom Rendang and Crispy enoki with curry leaf.
Using 100% plant-based products, including all sauces you will be blown away with the flavour and ease of these traditional recipes, from Lisa’s heart to yours.
The Menu
The class is 100% plant-based and gluten-free. As a vegan establishment the use of nuts in our premises is high. Please note that our meals may contain traces of nuts.
Please note tickets are not refundable, however if unable to attend you can transfer the tickets to a friend (a re-booking fee applies).
