This cooking class is a mouthwatering blend of savoury and sweet, perfect for any afternoon tea party. Our gorgeous cook, Aisling, will take you on a vegan, baking journey as she shares her experience as a vegan baker and dessert master. As a baker, providing divine vegan desserts to Brisbane markets and establishments, she has most definitely mastered the art of using vegan ingredients to create incredible dishes. You’ll also learn in this class the art of making, from scratch, vegan pastry – both a puff and shortcrust pastry.
This class is also great if you are looking to add more snacks to your bag of tricks and keen to learn how to make some desserts, and even a vegan cheese. It’s a broad range of cooking that will have your tastebuds dancing.
This class is not Gluten Free (sorry).
Wholesome Bellies’ classes are for all levels as all recipes are simple, using only a few key ingredients.

As a vegan establishment the use of nuts in our premises is high. Please note that our meals may contain traces of nuts.
Tickets are not refundable, however if unable to attend you can transfer the tickets.
Please note, whilst it doesn’t happen often, if we don’t reach our minimum number of six, this class may be rescheduled or a credit note/refund will be provided.
Aisling is our master baker and vegan food creator! Her passion for vegan baking is extreme as are her creative skills in this space. Having run her own successful market stalls in London selling vegan baked goods, to now cooking up a storm at Wholesome Bellis and providing amazing vegan treats to Brisbane’s Northey Street Markets. She is our expert baker, pastry maker and all round divine, compassionate human. You’ll love her recipes and positive energy.
