Our traditional Mexican class is exactly that. These dishes are most likely foods you haven’t tried in Brisbane, but we can promise you if you were travelling, you would find these authentic dishes and love them. Our chef is Sarina Raidi, half Venezuelan and half Mexican, her experience is vast and her recipes authentic. In this class, you will enjoy dishes Sarina had growing up in her home country. They are truly amazing recipes, so authentic and fresh!
Why take a Mexican Cooking Class?
Learning to cook Mexican food is loads of fun. It’s such a great cuisine to veganise due to the abundance of vegetables and legumes. In these plant-based cooking classes you will have the chance to explore the vibrant and broad flavours of Mexican food. You’ll also gain insight into the world of Mexican cuisine and gain the cooking skills you need to whip up some yummy recipes. A class where you learn to make traditional Mexican dishes like tacos, burritos, salsa, and enchiladas is such a delight for the tastebuds.
Mexican food features so many staple vegetables and legumes most of us have at home, and spices used really add that extra punch of flavour. It’s a great opportunity to dive into a new world with new ingredients and techniques that help you create more healthy, vegetarian recipes.
